United Way of Greater Milwaukee raises $50 million in annual campaign

With your help, United Way of Greater Milwaukee raised $50,006,076 this year, exceeding our $48 million projected goal by more than $2 million.  Thanks to the generosity of thousands of donors we raised over $3.4 million more than the $46,539,696 raised in 2010.  That's a 7.2% increase - the largest year-over-year increase in ten years!

The 2011 United Way campaign was spearheaded by co-chairs Jim Popp, President, Wisconsin & Minnesota, Chase; Tom Cardella, President, Tenth & Blake Beer Company, MillerCoors; and Kris Rappé, Senior Vice President and CAO, We Energies.

Your generous support will allow us to help more than 400,000 people in 2012 by strategically funding 160+ programs in education, income and health at over 80 local agencies.  Thank you!
