In his role new role at Honeywell International, Graber is stationed in Brussels and oversees the company's government relations operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
In his former role as a shareholder in Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren’s Business Law and International Practices in Milwaukee, Graber drew his clients from a variety of industries including paper manufacturing, automotive, lighting, transportation, media, publishing, petroleum, moving and storage, financial institutions and higher education.
After serving as president and chief executive officer of Reinhart from 2004 to 2006, Rick left the firm to serve as the U.S. Ambassador to the Czech Republic and later returned to the firm in 2009. Rick used his many relationships and experiences to help Reinhart's domestic clients doing business with Europe, and to assist European companies doing business in the United States.
Graber is a strong believer in the Milwaukee community. In his leadership of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S.C.; he stressed the importance of giving back and continues to do so from across the Atlantic Ocean.
In his own volunteer work, he served on the Greater Milwaukee Committee member, Boys & Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee Board of Directors, and Tocqueville Society Co-Chair for United Way. He previously served on the Board of Trustees of the Medical College of Wisconsin and the Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago. He is also a past President of the Milwaukee North Shore Rotary Club.
Graber is a frequent speaker on legal and political issues. He has spoken extensively on issues related to election reform and is a regular commentator on radio and television, including CNN and the Larry King Show. He served as chairman of the Republican Party of Wisconsin from 1999 until 2006 and is a member of the Council of American Ambassadors.
Graber received his undergraduate degree from Duke University in 1978 and his law degree from Boston University in 1981. He and his wife, Alexandria, recently moved from Shorewood, Wisconsin to Brussels, Belgium, and have two sons, Scott and Erik.
Lynn Sprangers

Sprangers is an independent business consultant. Prior to her current role, Sprangers wore many hats for the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club, serving as President of Brewers Charities, Vice President of Community Relations, and Coordinator of the 2002 All-Star Game. During her role as president of Brewers Charities, Sprangers was responsible for developing or growing a wide variety of annual fundraising events, including the 5K Sausage Run/Walk, Evening With Hank Aaron, the Selig Scholars program as well as other programs that support youth baseball, ballfield improvements, military personnel, financial literacy and breast cancer research in partnership with players, coaches, local companies and foundations.
Before joining the Brewers in 2000, Sprangers was Director of Communications for the Milwaukee County Executive and spent nearly 20 years in broadcast journalism including Chief Political Reporter at WTMJ-TV.
Spranger’s community recognition includes Woman of the Year from Mount Mary College, Women in Philanthropy Award from the YWCA and Outstanding Alumnus of the Year by UW - Stevens Point Communications Department. She also received leadership awards from Thurgood Marshall College Fund, the UCC's Friend of the Hispanic Community Award and, during her journalism career, five Milwaukee Press Club awards, a Midwest Regional Emmy Award and national Du Pont Columbia Award. Most recently Sprangers was honored as TEMPO Mentor of the Year.
She has served on many boards including the Marcus Center, the Menomonee Valley Partners, Spirit of Milwaukee, Milwaukee Women Inc., Milwaukee Urban League, VISIT Milwaukee, AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin, CAP Fund and United Way of Greater Milwaukee.
Sprangers and her husband Mike Gousha live in Milwaukee's Third Ward.

Nick W. Turkal, M.D. is President and Chief Executive Officer of Aurora Health Care.
Dr. Turkal’s background includes rural private practice prior to 1987, when he entered the academic arena. With the University of Wisconsin Medical School, Dr. Turkal served as a Clinician Educator, Residency Director (1990-1994), Department Chair (1994-1996), and Associate Dean for the Milwaukee Campus (1996-2000). He was jointly employed by University of Wisconsin Medical School and Aurora Health Care as Associate Dean/VP of Academic Affairs prior to serving as Chief Medical Officer.
From 2000 to 2005, Dr. Turkal served as Aurora’s Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer, focusing on care management, quality, patient safety, academics, risk management and research. Prior to his role as CEO, Dr. Turkal served as Aurora’s Metro Region President overseeing the operations of Aurora's facilities and services in the Milwaukee area, including Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, Aurora Sinai Medical Center, St. Luke's South Shore and West Allis Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Turkal, a proven leader with a broad range of administrative experience and a passionate commitment to patient-centered health care, is aware of the inter-related issues of quality and cost that affect health care providers today and plans to drive quality improvement throughout Aurora while also driving down costs.
Dr. Turkal grew up in Nebraska and graduated from Creighton University Medical School of Medicine in 1982 before coming to Milwaukee for residency training at St. Michael's Family Practice Residency Program. He continues to be Board Certified in Family Practice and holds memberships in a number of professional organizations, including American College of Physician Executives, American Medical Association, American College of Healthcare Executives, and American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Turkal has also contributed to eight medical publications and is the recipient of numerous teaching awards.
Dr. Turkal and his wife, Kathy, live in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin and have four children, Annie, Lizzy, Steve and Maggie.
