2-1-1 @ IMPACT is a free and confidential 24-hour central access point for information and referral to family, health and social services throughout Milwaukee County and the surrounding areas. By simply dialing 2-1-1, people in need of help can speak to Community Resource Specialists who are trained to assess multi-dimensional issues and utilize a computer database of nearly 4,000 programs to connect callers to the right resources, the first time.
