						The Emerging Leaders program strives to develop a relationship with a diverse group of individuals in Greater Milwaukee under the age of 45 to broaden United Way's base of support amoung younger donors.

2008 Days of Caring Thank you! During the two-week period from September 8-19, more than 2,000 people rolled up their sleeves and volunteered at 87 agencies for more than 150 projects. That translates to over 9,500 volunteer hours for an estimated $150,000 impact on our nonprofit community. Emerging Leader Evening Event More than 120 emerging leaders joined the inaugural Philanthropic 5 award winners at Miller Park's Metavante Club on September 17.
