United Way of Greater Milwaukee employs a full-time staff of approximately 50, including professional and administrative positions in fundraising, community impact, marketing & communications, accounting, and Information Technology. In addition, we often hire seasonal fundraising and pledge processing staff to help meet the increased demands of the Community Campaign in the fall.

We strive to make a difference in this community and partner with others to invest in what matters™ - improving lives and impacting community problems. We listen to community concerns, focus on areas of greatest impact, and invest in programs that provide results. We also monitor those programs to ensure accountability. However, this is only possible through the combined dedication and talent of volunteers, donors and staff.
